James is also a Master Coach with The Global Entrepreneurs Institute (USA).

Mollie Mashevedze, DBA (Team Impact University- USA) has been a banker for over  25 years. She has  a wealth of experience and knowledge in business systems, systems analysis, project management, products management, business and personal finance training amongst others.  She has trained executives in the NGO, Mining and Agriculture sectors, and more. She has worked for various Information, Communication & Technology companies in Zimbabwe, including IBM, Systems Technology and Burco Computers before moving into the banking sector as a senior programmer.

Mollie is a holder of several qualifications in ICT, Business and Banking, including  a Doctorate in Business Administration, Masters in Business Administration majoring in Strategic Management, an Executive Diploma in Business Leadership (Zimbabwe Institute of Management), Retail Banking Certificates and a Diploma from the Global Entrepreneurs Institute (USA). Mollie is passionate about capacity building, personal and leadership development.
